My Neurodivergent
Coaching Approach
Individual Coaching (Teens & Adults)
Individual coaching sessions for teens (12yr +) and adults provide personalized neurodivergent-affirming and collaborative support tailored to your specific needs and goals. Through our coaching sessions, we will help you better understand how your own unique neurodiversity presents in your life, your strengths and any challenges, help refine your coaching goals and collaborate on a plan to develop strategies, skills and techniques to better navigate daily life challenges and achieve personal growth.

Relationship Coaching
Relationship coaching services aim to strengthen a variety of neurodivergent relationships (couples, families, colleagues, cohabitation/roommate) by improving mutual communication, connection and understanding. Together, we work to build foundations of healthy effective communication, expression of needs and limits, negotiation, and conflict resolution to foster more effective and satisfying relationships.

Academic and Professional Coaching
Professional coaching seeks to support neurodivergent professionals specifically in their workplaces, whether focusing on performance and skill enhancement, support needs, job satisfaction, balance to support nervous system regulation, adapt to role changes or navigate career transitions. Together we work to identify strengths, challenges, barriers, any support or skill gaps, and strategies to advocate for themselves with employers and/or colleagues. Common areas of focus include sensory sensitivities and possible environmental modifications; executive functioning skill enhancement; strategies to avoid nervous system overwhelm and mitigate burnout risk; and communication skills to help them navigate conflicts or self advocate with less overwhelm. The goal is to enable clients to function optimally so that they and their employers can maximize the benefits of their strengths, ideally without continually overburdening their nervous systems or engaging in unhealthy masking.

Group and Class Coaching
Group and Class Coaching offers neurodivergent clients an opportunity to work with others and their coach on enhancing specific areas of functioning and their lives. Topics range from stress management, executive functioning skills, relationships (communication, boundaries, self-advocacy, conflict resolution), and other professional and personal topics. Mutual support in a coach-led environment can help build a sense of community, increase feelings of acceptance, decrease shame, and build skills, strategies and confidence to navigate life as a neurodivergent person in what can feel like a mismatched world.

Mediation Services
A professional mediator with a legal background and counseling background is available to provide conflict resolution and other mediation services for professional, personal, and home environments. Services are offered under a separate negotiated contract.
