Refund Policy

Individual Coaching: Meeting fees for individuals, couples and families are non-refundable. You may reschedule a coaching meeting without penalty, if you provide your Coach with 24 hours notice by email or text.  The late-cancellation fee for any missed or cancelled meeting with less than 24 notice is the full amount of the client's meeting rate. Groups and Classes: Meeting fees are paid up front and cover the total sessions offered under that Group or Class. A non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your place in a Group or Class.  You may cancel your Group or Class before the first meeting and receive a refund of your course fees minus the non-refundable deposit. After the first meeting, the balance of your fees are non-refundable.  Missed Group or Class sessions are non-refundable.  Mediation Services: Mediation cancellation policies will be negotiated and included in the mediation contract.
