Choose a Coaching Practice Focused on Affirming Support for Neurodivergent Teens and Adults

Updated: Sep 18

Have you ever felt like you needed a little extra support in navigating life’s challenges? Whether it’s at school, work, or in daily rhythms, neurodivergent people often notice that the world isn’t always designed with our ways of being, experiencing and processing in mind.

It might show up as sensory sensitivities, needing more time for transitions, preferring different social settings to connect, or having unique needs for how our nervous systems function best. At times, this can leave our neurodivergent nervous systems feeling “out of sync” with the environments or people around us.

Coaching isn’t about “fixing” or forcing yourself to fit — it’s about honoring your natural rhythms and uncovering strategies that help your environments work with you. That’s where Neurodivergent Coaching comes in: a space to build tools, embrace your authentic self, and create conditions where you can thrive.

Neurodivergent Coaching is available for individuals (12 and up), groups, and businesses. Clients often come seeking support in navigating environments — schools, workplaces, or communities — that may not be designed with neurodivergent needs in mind.

Each of us has a unique mix of traits — ADHD, Autism, Giftedness, Sensory Processing Sensitivity, OCD, or others — that can sometimes feel “out of sync” with the dominant structures around us. Suzanne’s neurodivergent-informed coaching creates a supportive space to explore strategies, practices, and perspectives that work with your nervous system and way of being. Coaching may include support around academic and professional demands, daily rhythms, life transitions, and preventing or recovering from burnout.

What sets Neurodivergent Coaching apart is Suzanne’s firsthand experience with a late AuDHD (ASD/ADHD) diagnosis and high sensory sensitivities, along with her dedication to ongoing specialized training focused on the neurodivergent community. Drawing on both lived and professional expertise, she offers tools for nervous system awareness, regulation practices tailored to neurodivergent needs, executive functioning support, and strategies for navigating transitions in career, education, and life. Her approach is affirming, collaborative, and relational — designed to honor each client’s strengths and lived experience.

Suzanne has extensive experience working with:

  • Teens navigating school and self-confidence, and building tools for greater independence.

  • Young adults stepping into new chapters of life, careers, or identity.

  • Adults across all stages facing transitions, burnout, or periods of feeling “stuck.”

Rather than focusing on “fixing” or forcing change, Suzanne’s coaching emphasizes self-understanding, environmental advocacy, and authentic strategies — so clients can align their lives more closely with who they are and move forward with clarity and confidence. Go Gently.
